For the adrenaline junkies and adventure seekers of the world, Constantia offers a hair-raising and unique experience which is almost unexpected of the otherwise calm and natural, relaxing atmosphere which is typically associated with Constantia. The Silvermist Mountain Lodge and Wine Estate, which is located in the upper Constantia area, now offers an amazing Zip Lining experience which is run by SA Forest Adventures, an exhilarating ride high over the tree tops, wine valleys and through a blurry sky.

The fact that city dwellers and those on vacation near the beach front nearby can enjoy such easy access to an adventure that feels so otherworldly is truly one of excitement, and as such many curious groups have flocked to this venue, to be part of the fun. This breathtaking ride covers 2.3 kms, over 11 different platforms, with its highest point being 155m. If the thought of participating scares you, rest assured that it is very safe and you are in good hands as experienced, friendly guides 'show you the ropes' and make sure you all set up before you take to the sky. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and closed shoes, and to travel lightly. One of our vehicles will drive you into the mountain along with others who are also participating, and there will some walking where you will encounter beautiful scenery and fauna.

Almost anyone can participate in this exciting and thrilling experience, except for kids younger than 8, pregnant woman and people with heart conditions/weighing over 120 kgs.
