Pigalle offers a selection of speciality cocktails such as the Pigalle Petal (gin, rose syrup and litchi juice) as well as a variety of flavoured martinis. On the food side, the menu focuses on Seafood and Portuguese specialities. The shellfish - prawns, langoustines, crayfish, and of the course the Seafood Platters, are all highly recommended with tried and tested recipes that ensure that the shellfish is cooked to perfection. Traditional Portuguese dishes such as Trinchado - spicy beef cubes, and Chorico Sausage are both popular starters together with the pan-fried prawns. Main course specialities include the Duck Mandarin with a Grand Marnier Sauce and the spatchcock Baby Chicken Peri Peri. The desserts are rich and decadent with choices such as the sinfully delicious baked Cheesecake or the smooth rich Crème Brulee.
