Located on Stellenbosch's renowned and picturesque Spier Wine Estate, the elegant and enticing Eight Restaurant offers diners a unique and memorable farm-to-table food appreciation experience. Using only the freshest ingredients, all the produce that goes into the foods prepared at Eight are either from the Spier farm or else sourced from nearby forms in support of local and flourishing businesses. The fillet, sirloin and sausage all come from Spier's own grass-fed cattle. A combination of creativity and thoughtfulness as well as beautiful natural and organic ingredients allows Eight Restaurant to offer its guests nourishing and delicious food. The menu is perfectly suited to the season and so changes as needed, incorporating organic greens and vegetables. As a family friendly restaurant, a children's menu is also offered to kids, as well as plenty of place to plat outside and a jungle gym.

A selection of stunning Spier Wines can be enjoyed with your meal, along with a drink menu of freshly-squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, craft beers and artisanal soft drinks. The decor at eight Restaurant is elegant and airy, with indoor and outdoor seating available to guests and a minimalistic setting. The terrace boasts a beautiful celing of over 10 000 individually crafted flowers that were made from recycled plastic milk bottles that have been lit with low voltage LED lights. Opening Hours: Open Tuesday to Sunday for lunch, from 12:00 to 4:30 pm.
