Conveniently located, it’s a perfect central base when visiting Stellenbosch and Franschhoek’s world famous wine region but not forgetting that the whale spotting route starts from Gordon’s Bay to Hermanus, and guests can often see Whales, Dolphins and seals in the bay from guests Ocean View Apartment. Framed by a backdrop of the beautiful Hottentot Mountains including Table Mountain in the distance. - A 50% deposit is required upon booking with balance payable 60 days prior to arrival.
- Deposits are non refundable.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point:
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If the establishment is able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that were not booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
