Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations less then 7 days to the arrival date forfeit the full deposit.
- Cancellations 7 to 14 days prior forfeit 75% deposit.
- Cancellations 14 to 21 days prior forfeit 50%.
- Cancellations 21 to 28 days prior forfeit 25 % of the deposit.
- However, all refunds of deposit/prepayments or payments in the event of a premature departure, will be at the discretion of the owner.
