Fishermans Rest offers comfortable self-catering accommodation situated on Main Road in the heart of Old Velddrif. This beautifully renovated fishermans cottage serves as charming holiday escape for up to 6 people. Featuring vaulted reed ceilings, handsome furnishings, a lovely garden, and convenient access to the Bergrivier and local shops.

In the cottage, there are three bedrooms, each one boasts a double bed along with bed side tables and reading lamps. The are full bathroom that include a shower, Victorian bath, basin and a toilet that includes crispy white towels and linen.

The fully equipped kitchen is self catering and has a stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea and coffee making facilities. This cottage has an open plan lounge area with comfortable chairs, 2 indoor fire places and a TV with DSTV at an additional cost.

The patio includes a built in braai, a hammock and a table with chairs. There is a diving destination that has 35 different species of fish and miles of unspoiled beaches along the berg river estuary which has 127 waterbirds and 97 other birds for bird watchers to see.
