Centrally located, 5mins from town and Camps Bay - This 4 Bedroomed family home has ocean views. Fresnaye is one of the few sheltered areas in Cape Town and is know for its wind free summers especially when the South Easter blows this area is either wind free or has less wind.
This beautiful home has both indoor and outdoor comfort and is designed for entertaining. The outside dinning area flows onto the pool area, which also has a Bedouin canopy. The downstairs has an open plan dinning and lounge area, which connects to the outside dinning/seating, pool and garden.
The large kitchen is the heart of the home and opens onto the dinning room and lounge. Downstairs also has a TV lounge and study. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms all en-suite; two main bedrooms have balconies with views of the ocean and Robben Island.
The other two en-suite bedrooms are kids bedrooms. The two main bedrooms have king beds, the other two rooms have a double bed and a 3 quarter bed (as well as a pull out single bed).
These rooms can be converted into adult rooms for non-family bookings. There is aircon in all rooms on the ground floor, as well as aircon in the main bedroom. There is DSTV coder (smart card supplied by occupant), Plex, gas braai, and wifi.
The housekeepers room at the back is en-suite. The outside area is equipped with outdoor furniture, table and chairs, sun loungers, umbrellas, trampoline, jungle gym with slide & swings and a solar heated pool, which has a removable pool fence. Garage for 4 cars and table tennis in garage area. Housekeeper will be there from Monday to Saturday.

Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point. A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
