The property is ideal for a small family, kite surfers, or friends.It is a 1km walk or a 2.7 km drive from Langebaan Beach, 4.4 km from Langebaan Country Estate, and 7 km from Mykonos Casino.

This property offers guests a choice of 2 beautifully appointed self-catering units, each with a private entrance. 

Each unit offers a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, living, and dining areas. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and private bathrooms with either a bath or a shower. Linen and bath towels are provided. For guests' entertainment, a Smart TV with Netflix, DStv channels, YouTube, and free Wi-Fi are available in each unit.

Each unit opens onto a patio with outdoor seating and braai facilities. One of the units has a children's play area, while the other has a private plunge pool.

Kite Manor

On the Beach 2 is a self-catering apartment located in the private and secure residential area of Paradise Beach, which is located next to Club Mykonos in Langebaan.

This lovely 75-square metre apartment can accommodate 2 guests and consists of open-plan living. The flat is furnished with a king-size bed and there is a bathroom with a large shower, bath, bidet and heated towel rails. Linen and towels are provided. Adjacent to the bed is a kitchenette that contains a bar fridge, a microwave, an oven with a stove, a kettle, and a toaster.

The separate lounge area is fitted with large Euro-fold doors that open up to a large balcony, which boasts a built-in stainless steel braai area and spectacular views of the bay. The apartment contains non-slip tiles, an H2O water purifier, and a TV with selected hotel DStv channels.

On the Beach 2 is a comfortable 75 square meter apartment in the private and secure residential area of Paradise beach, which is located next to Club Mykonos

Seasons of Serenity is a large, comfortable and luxury double storey house in Calypso Beach, which is one of Langebaan's upmarket security residential areas - halfway between Langebaan and Club Mykonos.  This house is spacious and has a modern open plan living area, quality furniture and a large built-in braai from where the exquisite views can be enjoyed.

This house caters for 8 people of which a maximum of 6 may be adults (>12 yrs).  Although Seasons of Serenity is rented out on a self-catering basis, it is equipped with quality linen and towels.

The Nook is a neat, newly built single story house situated in Laguna Sands in Langebaan. The house is close to Club Mykonos and close to Laguna Mall with all the required shops.

The house has an open plan living area that leads to a braai area on the outside with a sheltered built in braai. The guests have access to a single garage and an enclosed backyard. A washing machine can be made available to guests staying 7 days and longer.
