A separate scullery, pantry, storeroom and an outdoor shower are directly accessed from both sides of the property.

A gorgeous, upmarket 8-bedroom villa, consisting of two levels, with spectacular panoramic views stretching across the ocean. Robberg Peninsula and the iconic Beacon Island hotel can be admired while lounging by the pool on long summer days, alfresco dining in the evening watching the sky turn shades of pink across the ocean. One of the downstairs bedrooms has a separate entrance from the main house and is located around the side of the house.
