The space
The apartment is an open, airy space. The terrace, which overlooks the garden below and out to the ocean on the horizon, flows seamlessly into the living room with it's large, comfortable couch. The living room becomes the spacious, well-appointed kitchen, with dining table. It is a space of light and calm.
On the other side of the apartment, Table Mountain peeks out from behind the oak tree at the window of the master bedroom. Light streams in if you let it, and blinds close it out creating a quiet, tranquil environment.
The second bedroom is compact and comfortable, and is also light and quiet.
You'll have access to the whole apartment, as well as to the shared braai and communal garden.
Guest access
Barbara or Pieter will personally meet you at the apartment to check you in and to answer any questions you may have.

Seacliff Apartment 3 offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a tastefully furnished 2-bedroom apartment, situated in Bantry Bay. The apartment is located in a historic building with a view of the ocean and surrounds. The location offers easy access to beaches, Sea Point Promenade and a variety of cafés and restaurants.

The apartment comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms and an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. Both bath and shower facilities are available.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, an oven and stove and a microwave, as well as washing machine and dryer combo and a Nespresso machine. Complimentary Nespresso pods are provided on arrival. The lounge has a TV with selected DStv channels and Netflix, and free Wi-Fi is available. The main bedroom is situated upstairs and has an a private bathroom with a shower as well as air-conditioning. The main bedroom has a balcony looking down onto the walled garden and surrounding cottages. The second bedroom is on the lower level and is also air-conditioned. The open-plan living and dining area open onto a wrap around court yard. The fully-equipped kitchen leads from the dining space onto a terrace and small garden with a hammock.

Each game takes about 30 - 45 minutes, depending on your pace, and the facility is open everyday from 9 AM - 9 PM. Putt-Putt is an activity that can be enjoyed by kids and adults alike, and will bring out your inner child in the best of ways. A landmark in the stunning coastal neighborhood of Sea Point in Cape Town, the Pavilion Swimming Pool has been a popular beach-front attraction since the 1950's, and draws in crowds of families and friends during summer to cool off and enjoy the facilities, where there is plenty of space for everyone.

This iconic public pool is considered by many to be the best in the country. The main swimming pool is a massive, olympic sized swimming pool (50m length) which draws its main source of water from the neighbouring Atlantic Ocean and is filtered with as little chlorine as possible, managing to maintain a temperature that is about 10° warmer than the frigid and unwelcoming ocean itself. The Sea Point Pavilion is a treat for visiting families to enjoy during some of Cape Towns hottest months (usually between November and February), and is well kept and cared for.

Other than the large main swimming pool, there is also a diving pool, fun pool and a more shallow kiddies pool. During the busy times and throughout school holidays and peak seasons, there are lifeguard's on duty. If you are planning to spend a family day at this lovely public swimming facility, feel free to pack a picnic and get cozy while the kids have a blast, and don't forget to bring along towels, sunscreen and sun hats. There is also a cash tuck shop available.

Saunders' Rock Beach is situated off the coast of Bantry Bay between Sea Point and Camps Bay. This beach got its name from the natural occurrence of granite in the rocks protruding from the shore. Situated within the Atlantic Seaboard, the beach's waters are icy, but the beach itself is predominantly wind free and comes absolutely with its own tidal pool and shower.
