110 Waterkant Street is a stylish 3-bedroom cottage in De Waterkant Village, which is perfect for groups or families of up to 6 guests.

The ground floor with painted wooden floors, has an open-plan air-conditioned living-, dining- and kitchen area with a glass ceiling that is overlooked by the terrace above. The 2 air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor share a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, the large air-conditioned master bedroom, with a king-size bed that can be converted to twin beds, has a walk-in wardrobe with en-suite bathroom and opens out onto its own private terrace with seating. The central stairs continue up to the large roof deck with amazing views of Table Mountain and the City.

The accommodation comprises 5 studios that can each accommodate 2 guests, and 1 family studio that can accommodate 4 guests. Each unit has a kitchenette, some include an oven and hob, and all units have a microwave, toaster, kettle, and a fridge, crockery, cutlery, pots and utensils.
