Muizenberg Main Beach is another of the 27 Blue Flag awarded beaches that's well known for its distinctly colourful and iconic Beach huts that serve as a shelter from the rather rough winds that Muizenberg is known to have. This beach is rich in coastline and has many more beaches to get around to even though Muizenberg main beach is the most popular from the bunch. During low tide, the children can play in rockside pools. Go a bit inland and you can explore the Zandvlei Nature Reserve, which boasts a gorgeous lake surrounded by luscious green fields and trees. Visit Surfer's Corner at Muizenberg Main Beach, where you can mingle with the surfers, learn to surf and show off your skill out on the waters of the ocean.
