Both bedrooms and bathrooms look out on Signal Hill with a view of the Upper Cable Car station on Table Mountain as well as Lion's Head.

The apartment is located in the bustling Atlantic seaboard suburb of Sea Point. The area is often busy both day and night so be aware that there is usually a lot of activity underway.
Major and specialist shops as well as a wide variety of restaurants, coffee shops and pubs are all within a few minutes walk of the apartment.

The Complex has a swimming pool and 24-hour security. Located adjacent to Sea Point Promenade and a wide array of restaurants and shops. It is served by two main MyCiti bus routes.

There are also kiddies jungle gyms and play structures that can accommodate kids from the ages of 1-12. The park is open Tuesday - Sunday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, and is closed on Mondays.

Three Anchor Bay beach is to be found at the union of Green Point and Sea Point, just a mere 10-minute drive out of Cape Town's City Bowl District.
