The multi-storey villa is elegantly decorated and features 5 rooms with queen-size beds or king-size beds, some of which can convert to twin beds, and modern bathrooms with baths, showers, and toilets. Workspaces and TVs are also available in some of the rooms. Hairdryers are provided, and fans are available for each room.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, and a tumble dryer. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table and relax in 2 lounge areas, one of which has a TV. Wi-Fi access is available.
