The less strenuous hikes or walks are about 30 - 45 minutes long, perfect for an effortless stroll to get in touch with nature, get away from the demanding rush of city life and release stress. You can even fit one of these walks into your schedule, by starting your day out with a stroll before visiting some choice wine estates and enjoying a family picnic or day of leisure.

The trails you can expect to come across and explore in the Constantia Green Belt include the more popular and pet friendly Alphen Trail, where you can walk alongside the Diep River, cross a few bridges and eventually discover the Le Seuer Meadow - connecting with the Diep River Trail. For a relaxing Sunday stroll with breathtaking views, the Brommersvlei trail offers fresh air and picturesque green pastures. De Hal Nature Area is a good choice, if you would like to enjoy a longer walk or prefer to jog over a more substantial distance.
