- Guest/s attend this establishment at their own risk.
- The Proprietor, its agent/s and/or its employee/s (“the Proprietor”) shall not be liable for, and the guest/s hereby waive/s and abandon/s any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage of whatever nature, against the Proprietor, whether arising from the Proprietor’s (Or staff) default, negligence or otherwise.
- The guest/s, in addition to the aforesaid, hereby indemnify the Proprietor against any claims which may arise from whatever nature, whether arising from the Proprietor’s default, (or their employees) negligence or otherwise.
- Level 5 water restrictions apply.
- All washing to be taken to commmercial laundry please.
- The managing agent may not exceedthe limited use per property.
- R10 000 fines apply to exceeding the limit of 20000 L per month per property.

Conditions and House Rules:
- Right of Admission reserved.
- Closed circuit Cameras on site.
- No outside (non-paying) visitors allowed.
- The suite hired is strictly for occupation of the paying guest(s).
- No Prostitutes to be brought onto the premises.
- Should the invoice be for ONE PERSON, AS QUOTED, an additional fee will be levied for extra persons staying over.
- No wet washing to be hung indoors - use outside lines.
- All refuse to be placed in sealed bags. Diapers separately.
- No solid matters to be flushed down the toilets causing blockages.
- No fat and oil to be poured down drains.
- No Noise disturbance.
- No drunken behavior or foul language of any description tolerated.
- Guests may be requested to leave the establishment immediately without refund.
- No noise in the garden area before 9.00 am or after 9.00 pm. - Your own swimming towels to be used.
- You are cautioned not to park any other guest in please.
- Keep all accesses locked.
- Lost keys/remotes will attract a surcharge.
- Please report any breakages and faults by SMS immediately noticed.
- Kindly avoid wastage of electricity and water.
- NO firearms allowed on the premises.
- Note the use of the swimming pool and all other facilities on the premises are at the sole risk of the guest.
- Parents are responsible for their own children.
- Please obey all traffic rules.
- Please keep sound levels of car sound systems within the vehicle.
- Kindly do not park on the neighbours verges.
- Any items left on the premises after departure, will be disposed of if not collected within 3 days.
- No free storage facility.  

Cancellation Policy

SHORT TERM CANCELLATIONS: 
- On arrival or during the stay: the full payment due for the entire booking may be retained.
- Cancellations 0 to 14 days before arrival, no show: the full deposit paid may be retained.
- Cancellations 15 to 28 days before arrival: 75% of deposit, or 25% (twenty five percent) of full quote value may be retained (whichever is the greater).
- Cancellations 28 days or more before arrival: 50% of deposit, or 25% (twenty five percent) of full quote value may be retained (whichever is the greater).
- For all Longstay Bookings, where a cancellation occurs within 24 (twenty four) hours of arrival, the managing agent may retain the full amount quoted for the first four weeks.
