The Standard Suite is a small double room with large sea facing floor to ceiling picture perfect windows, en suite bathroom with shower, a double size bed, shared balcony with 180 degrees sea view. There are 4 of these suites available.

Important Information
- Please put requests for alternative arrival or departure times in writing.
- Please note that unfortunately the managing agent cannot guarantee a provisional reservation for longer than 48 hours.
- To secure a reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation tariff, unless it is 30 days or less prior to arrival, then 100% is payable.
- Should the number of guests upon arrival at the guesthouses exceed the original arrangement, the original quote will not apply and the tariffs would be amended accordingly. Should the guests be less than arranged, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
- Please note that neither of the guesthouses allow pets, arrangements can be made to accommodate pets at the nearby kennels.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation less than 7 days: Guests forfeit reservation fee and neither will early checkouts be refunded.
- Cancellation from 14 to 21 days: Guests forfeit 50% of reservation fee.
- Cancellation from 7 to 14 days: Guests forfeit 75% of reservation fee.
- Cancellation 21 days and up: Guests forfeit 25% of reservation fee.
- The managing agent keeps the authority to with held keys if outstanding payment is not made on arrival.
