- Please note that Rustic Manor and Perth Place are two separate properties located in the same road in the suburb of Tokai: the two properties are situated only 4 houses apart.
- All guests need to check in at our reception which is located at Rustic Manor.
Cancellation Policy
If the managing agent rebook guests room 10% handling fee charged otherwise the following applies:
- Cancellation less than 1 weeks notice = no refund.
- Cancellation 1 to 2 weeks notice = 25% refund.
- Cancellation 2 to 4 weeks notice = 50% refund.
- Cancellation 4 weeks or more notice = handling fee 10%
- A non arrival = no refund.
