Important Information
- Rate includes, 14% VAT, Continental breakfast, free wifi and use of sauna, jacuzzi and pool.
- Should a credit card be used as a guarantee, please complete the attached credit card authorization letter and return via fax together with a photocopy of the front and back of the Credit Card.
- Should a bank deposit or bank transfer be used to guarantee your reservation, we require the original deposit or EFT transaction slip of the full deposit prior to check in.
- Should these documents not be received by the date of arrival, a full deposit will be required from the individual on check in.
- At Grande Kloof decor concept is open plan bathroom to bedroom concept, accept suites wich have private bathroom.
- Any damages while at the Grande Kloof. Responsible party will be liable for repairs.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation policies apply regarding the remaining 50% due:
- Cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival 10% of full stay charged.
- Cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival 50% percent of full stay charged.
- Cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival total price of reservation charged.
- Cancelled later, no show or early departures: total price of reservation will be charged.
- Please note that Grande Kloof reserves the right to cancel any booking with two weeks notice. Should this be the case any deposits paid will be refunded.
