Cancellation Policy
- In the event of a cancellation 30 to 16 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.
- In the event of a cancellation 15 to 8 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- In the event of a "no show" or cancellation 7 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
- Please note that the cancellation must be made in writing to the managing agent.
- All refunds are at the discretion of the managing agent.
- Any refunds processed will be subject to an administration fee.
