Important Information
The above rate:
- Excludes meals unless specified in the booking notes.
- Excludes any other government taxes or levies as may apply.
- The managing agent shall have the right to cancel a reservation at 17h00 failing the guest arrival on the date of said booking, unless an arrangement for late arrival has been agreed upon where no deposit, payment, credit card guarantee or travel agent voucher is forth coming.
- If the booking is guaranteed with any of the above, and not cancelled, it will result in a "no show" fee.
Cancellation Policy
- Should this reservation be cancelled less than 36 hours from the day of arrival, a cancellation fee of the rate for one night plus any other applicable government taxes or levies will be levied against guests in relation to guests guarantee method above and attached.
- If guests reservation was guaranteed by a charge to guests credit card at the time of the reservation, this will be forfeited.
- Admin fee will be levied for any cancellations of booking.
- Deposit is non refundable.
- A no show is a non arrival of a guest without notification in writing by fax or email to the hotel.
- In the case of a no show, a no show fee of one night plus any other applicable government taxes or levies will be levied against guests.
- If guests reservation was guaranteed by a charge to guests credit card at the time of the reservation, this will be forfeited.
