Cancellation Policy
When a booking is cancelled, the following percentages will be deducted from the deposit paid:
- Cancellation 30 to 60 days prior to arrival: 25%.
- Cancellation 14 to 29 days prior to arrival: 50%.
- Cancellation 0 to 13 days prior to arrival, on the same day as arrival or no-show: 100%.
- No cancellations will be accepted by telephone.
- Cancellations must be done in writing by fax or e-mail.
