Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation less than 10 days before arrival, no refund due.
- Cancellation 10 to 20 days before arrival date, 25% of the deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation 20 to 30 days before arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation more than 31 days, a full refund, minus an admin charge.
- Discounted packages and promotional deals are not refundable.
- All cancellations and/or amendments must be made in writing.
