Shiraz is a 2 bedroom cottage which can accommodate 4 people. There is 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and another with twin beds.
The cottage has a separate lounge with an open plan kitchen fitted with a fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster and a table top mini oven with 2 hotplates.
Air conditioning and free WiFi is also available. The bathroom has a double shower and outside is a private patio with braai facilities.

Important Information
- Upon making a reservation a 100% payment for the full stay is required within 24 hours to secure the booking.
- Cost for dogs (maximum one).
- Firewood is charged per crate.
- All extras must be paid for in cash upon arrival, so please bring cash with.
- Payment via EFT, cash or credit card facility.
- Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re let the rooms.
- Strict supervision of children required at our dam and generally, as this is a working farm.
- Dogs (maximum 1) allowed: In Olive cottage and caravan/motor home sites only. Only well behaved small to medium sized dogs allowed, please understand that certain breeds will not be allowed, it is important to clarify with the managing agent prior to booking.
- Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
- Strict supervision of dogs is mandatory and they must be kept on the leash at all times on the farm grounds, as well as at the dam, as this is a working farm with free range chickens and fowls.
- Please be considerate especially to the farm staff.
- The managing agent does ask guests to bring their own pet beds and bowls (for hygiene reasons).
- Check in and out times are strict.
- No smoking policy in all cottages.
Cancellation Policy
- 50% of total booking payable if cancelled 14 days prior to date of arrival.
- 100% of total booking payable if cancelled within 7 days of date of arrival.
- Guests are liable for full period of stay as confirmed and booked.
- An administration fee applies to all cancellations and refunds.
- In the event of a premature departure the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
- Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management as well as the ability to re let the rooms.
