- Deposits and/or accommodation fees paid will be refunded/charged as per the cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 0 to 7 days prior to arrival or no show the full accommodation amount is due.
- Cancellation 8 to 14 days before date of arrival visitor forfeits 100% of deposit paid.
- Cancellation 15 to 30 days before date of arrival: visitor forfeits 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater).
- Cancellation 31+ days before date of arrival: visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater).
- On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, Management will refund the applicable amount as determined by the cancellation terms above.
- Management levies an administration fee on any refunds processed.
- In the event of premature departure Management may charge for the full original booking.
- The above is only applicable to deposits/payments made directly to Management.
- Management will not refund any deposits paid to any booking agents.
