Important Information
- No loud music or TVs in the cottages, please respect others in neighbouring cottages.
- We are very aware of light pollution, please do not leave lights on unnecessarily.
- No smoking allowed in any of the cottages.
- No pets allowed.
- One bundle of wood is supplied free of charge on arrival for your fireplace, further supplies of wood are for your account.
- Prior notice is required when a domestic is required to clean.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations:
- If cancellation is less than 7 days prior to arrival, a 100% cancellation fee is applicable therefore there will be no refund of the payment received for the booking.
Bookings:
- A 100% deposit is required within 48 hours to confirm your booking.
- Confirmation is required within 24 hours to secure short term bookings.
- Our bank details will be provided when bookings are made and you are requested to email or fax through your proof of deposit, clearly showing your name and date of booking required.
- Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your reservation.
- It is in your own interest to confirm receipt of your deposit.
