Amber is a spacious, comfortable apartment with traditional Cape decor and is suitable for 2 couples or a family with 2 children. The unit comprises 1 bedroom with a double bed and there is a bunk bed in the dining area.

Important Information
- Please make arrangements if guests will be arriving after 18h00.
- Although the managing agent does not charge a fixed breakage deposit guests are liable for any breakage, loss or damage.
- To make guests holiday as pleasant as possible, it is good to arrive prepared.
Keep these general guidelines in mind when preparing for guests trip:
- Please bring guests own beach towels.
- Bath towels are provided.
- All linen is provided as well as dish washing liquid, two black bags.
- Guests are asked to please bring their own coffee, tea, sugar, milk, spices, etc. and wood for braais.
- No food is supplied.
- Small dogs will be considered by prior request only.(Charges may apply)
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than one month prior to arrival date: 85% of deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 22 to 30 days prior to arrival date: 70% of deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 16 to 21 days before arrival date: 50% of amount paid will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 7 to 15 days before arrival date: 20% of amount paid will be refunded.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival date, or in the event of a no show, no refund will be considered.
