Important Information
- Compensation for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be rebooked, including premature curtailment of stay
- Accommodation will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date
- Deposits are not refundable in the event of a non arrival
- No persons other than those quoted and paid for, are permitted to share the accommodation
- No smoking indoors - Please note that you, your company or booking agency will be charged for dry- cleaning of bedding, curtains and carpets if you disregard our NON-smoking policy
- No music or dancing permitted on the premises
- Guests are not allowed to bring or make their own music or alcohol

- Rooms are ONLY to be occopied by Registered Guests asp Booking registration
- NO VISITORS are allowed to occupy Rooms at ANY given time
- Guests will ONLY be allowed by PRIOR arrangement with Management and will be limited to COMMUNIAL areas
- SAME DAY Bookings will require 100% deposit
- VINBOHO will not be held accountable for any losses, damages or expenses incurred by Guests who do not arrive on time of arranged and agreed check-ins.
Cancellation Policy
- Less than 7 days, forfeit the FULL deposit.
- From 7 to 14 days, forfeit 75% of the deposit.
- From 14 to 21 days, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- From 21 to 28 days, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
- Before 30 days, forfeit 10% of the deposit.
