There are 5 Queen Rooms available, 2 of them with double beds and 3 with queen beds. Small internal Queen Room with private en suite, tea and coffee making facilities, small desk, and limited free WiFi internet access.

Also includes communal lounge, swimming pool and secure off street parking. For longer stays recommended are the king rooms.

Important Information

- For last minute reservations the managing agent requires a full payment prior to or on day of arrival.
- Late check ins, payment required the following day by 10:00.
- All prices featured are subject to change without prior notice.
- Please advise us around what time the managing agent can expect to welcome guests. - Later than then specified time the managing agent charge a check in fee.
- Should guests only be booking out later please enquire/arrange at reception.
- Should guests have any dietary or other requirements please notify the managing agent in advance and the managing agent will do the best to make guests stay as pleasing as we can.
- Additional guests services are available: from picnic baskets to special activities, wellness treatment packages, honeymoon packages etc. the sky is the limit!
- Breakfast: ranges from healthy options to a full English breakfast.
- Lunch and dinner options available. Dinner vouchers for 5 different restaurants are also available.
- Should guests/any persons in the party have a problem climbing steps, please notify the managing agent when making a reservation, as the managing agent cannot guarantee alternative rooms on arrival. 

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- The refund policy is fairly simple, but the managing agent ask guests as the guest to keep in mind that once a room is booked it is no longer available to sell online.
- Full refund if cancellation occurs 36 hours before reservation date. However for large bookings (3 or more rooms) and or peak holidays (Dec, Easter and special events) refunds will be given once rooms are rented out again.
- The managing agent regrets no refunds will be given for non arrival and no show guests and 100% of total booking quoted is payable.
