- The client agrees that the company and its members shall not be responsible for the loss or damage to property or injury or illness to the client or loss of life or consequential damages which might occur from any cause whatsoever.
Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations up to 31 days prior to arrival: 50% of the deposit will be retained.
- Any cancellations less than 31 days prior to arrival: no deposit will be refunded.
- Outstanding balance is payable one week prior to arrival, failing which the company may treat the booking as cancelled and re allocate the vacancy.
