Important Information
All rates are quoted in South African Rands, per person sharing per night and is inclusive of 14% VAT. Tourism Levy not included in rate, Rates for B & B are inclusive of a full breakfast. Pre-payment of a 30% deposit is required for confirmation Deposit and balance of payment can be made by bank transfer or deposit. No Charge for children under the age of two years.(sharing with adults)
Children between the ages of 3 and 11 years pay R250.00. (sharing with adults) Children over the ages of eleven years are charged as adults Children in their own room pay full adult price. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Self catering :- every extra person over the age of 3 years pays an additional cost. If a client decides to leave early or cut their accommodation shorter on arrival, then they are due to pay the full amount of the booking which including the days they do not stay.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- Failure of the customer to arrive, or cancellations made 0 to 14 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 100% of the deposit.
- Cancellations made 15 to 28 days prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 75% of the deposit or 25% of the booking quote value, whichever the greater.
- Cancellations made 29 days or more prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 50% of the deposit or 25% of the booking total, whichever is the greater.
- Seacliffe Lodge levies a 7% administration fee on any refunds processed. Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R175 charge will be levied.
