Unique features among the Luxury Rooms include the en-suite bathrooms of Rooms 3 and 4 containing bathtubs with overhead showers while Rooms 7 and 8's bathrooms include bathtubs with separate showers. Rooms 3 and 4 both have access to their own balconies with views of Lion's Head and include iPod docking stations. Rooms 7 and 8 are downstairs by the pool with access to a communal deck.

Check out time 11:00 AM. Check in any time after 1:00 PM. Rooms will be held until 5:00PM, unless other arrangements have been made. 50% deposit required to secure your booking is non refundable. Balance of booked accommodation must be settled 4 weeks prior to arrival; Deposits are non - refundable. Payment by credit card will attract a charge of 5% to cover bank commissions. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy - Should a cancellation occur, the following conditions apply:
0 - 7 days - forfeit 100% of the total accommodation.
8 - 21 days - forfeit 50% of the total accommodation.
22 - and more - full accommodation payable (excluding the deposit).
All cancellation must be done in writing.
