Both bedrooms boast fantastic ocean views with floor-to-ceiling windows. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bath and double sink. The second bedroom includes a double bed with access to a separate bathroom with a shower.
 
The apartment is situated 3 floors down from the road level and is accessible by 3 flights of stairs. Guests have access to Cliftons 2nd beach, accessible via an elevator 2 flights of stairs away. A communal pool is available on the top floor while guests have the exclusive use of a communal gas BBQ facility. A secure parking bay is at the top of the complex. Furthermore, a telephone is available and cleaning of the apartment takes place twice a week. Please note that there are child safety issues, due to the balcony and the flights of stairs. The area of Clifton is famous for its 4 beaches, especially for its 4th beach, which has enjoyed Blue Flag status for being one of the cleanest, safest and most beautiful beaches in the Western Cape. Besides the restaurants, cafés and bars guests can enjoy in Clifton, even more are available in the neighbouring areas of Sea Point and Camps Bay.
