Wessels House Observatory is a light and bright self-catering house that is ideal for families or larger groups. This welcoming home is a short distance from the main vibe in Observatory. It has been recently renovated and has a fresh uncluttered feeling.
The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a dishwasher. The comfortable lounge opens out to a lovely outside area.
The first bedroom contains 2 single beds and an en suite bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a wash basin. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds that can be converted into a king size bed and has an en suite bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a wash basin. The third bedroom also contains 2 single beds that can be converted into a king size futon-style bed and is separated by a curtain from an adjoining room with a bunk bed. This room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower over bath.

- Dont use towels to remove makeup - makeup remover is provided.
- Turn on the alarm when leaving the house.
- No additional guests.
- No functions or events to be held at the house without permission of management.
- Out of respect for the neighbourhood, no loud noise after 10 pm.
- Leave the house in the same condition as you find it.
- Sleeping in the beds while wearing self tanning lotion will forfeit the security deposit.
Cancellation Policy
- 0% refund if cancelled with less than 42 days to check in.
- 50% refund if cancelled before 42 days to check in.
- 85% refund if cancelled before 70 days to check in.
- There is a cancellation penalty.
- Please note these refunds are less any transaction fees that may have been levied by banks in processing credit cards.
