Melkbosstrand is located on the West Coast, north of Big Bay and Bloubergstrand, just 25 km from Cape Town and the V&A Waterfront and 30 minutes from Cape Town International Airport.

Watersedge 3 is a luxury self-catering apartment that accommodates up to six guests, and is ideally located for surfing, diving, sea kayaking, and off-shore fishing.

The two bedroom, two bathroom unit is situated on the ground floor, right on the beach, with breathtaking views of Table Mountain, Robben Island and the Nature Reserve. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine.

Guests have direct access to the beach from the apartment and features include secure parking, a communal swimming pool and a private barbecue. From the bed in the main bedroom guests will see the sea lapping the rocks. All linen will be supplied and a cleaning service can be arranged during guests stay at additional cost.
