Watersedge 22 is a self catering apartment located in Melkbosstrand, a coastal town on the West Coast of South Africa. Melkbosstrand is situated north of Big Bay and Bloubergstrand, 25 km from Cape Town, Waterfront and 30 minutes from the Cape Town International Airport.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 4 people. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the second separate bathroom is also fitted with a shower. All linen will be supplied and a cleaning service can be arranged at additional cost.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features a stove, an oven, a fridge, a freezer and a microwave. A dishwasher and washing machine is provided to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. The lounge has comfortable seating, a built in braai area and it has a TV with a full selection of DSTV channels as well as the PVR feature.

The apartment is situated on the second floor of the complex which is situated right on the beach with breathtaking views of Table Mountain, Robben Island and the Nature Reserve. From the bed in the main bedroom guests will see the sea lapping the rocks. There are sea views from both bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and balcony.
