Warwick Place is a self catering house located Blouberg in a quiet close, only 50m from the nearest MyCiTi Bus stop, which travels into Cape Town Centre, hourly. The house is suitable for couples, large families with kids, and furry friends.

Accommodation is available for 8 people in 4 bedrooms, of which 2 are upstairs and the other 2 downstairs. The upstairs bedrooms have air-conditioning which can also be used as heaters. There are 2 bathrooms in the house, one with a shower, while the other has a shower and a bath.

The house also comprises an open plan kitchen, a lounge and a dining area. The kitchen is well equipped and features a stove with an oven, a fridge, a freezer and a microwave. The dining area has seating space for 4 people, while the lounge has 2 comfy couches, a flat screen TV and a fireplace for winter nights.

Outside there is an enclosed garden and an undercover patio area which has braai facilities, as well as a pizza oven. Wood is supplied. The beach pool is solar heated and has a shallow and deep end. Off street parking is available for 2 cars. The house is pet-friendly but suitable for small pets only.
