Villa Siesta number 4 is 3 star graded and part of a small, secure face brick complex of 8 units across the road from the beach. It is situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal, in Ballance Lane directly off Marine Drive in Margate.
The complex is fully walled and has automatic gates. There is a fenced swimming pool shared by the units, plus an automated lock-up garage and open bay parking for your use.
The complex is superbly situated with incredible sea views. Simply cross the road and you’re on the beach. Number 4 is in the front row of the complex so there are no other buildings in front of the complex to spoil your view.
The Main Margate beach (which has Blue Flag status) is a short walk away from the complex and to the right of Villa Siesta there is a tidal pool and delightful secluded bay for swimming. The complex is centrally located with easy access to shops, supermarkets, banks, medical facilities, restaurants, etc.
Linen and bath towels are provided for you, but guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. The unit is serviced daily by experienced staff who will make beds, clean bathrooms, braai area etc.
This unit is a duplex which means that it has two levels. This beautifully decorated unit is fully equipped with an open plan lounge, dining room and extremely well-equipped kitchen. The unit has a tumble dryer, washing machine, microwave, TV, DSTV and a DVD player. A large selection of books, magazines and DVD’S are available for guest to use.
There are sliding doors that open from the lounge and dining room and lead onto a large veranda furnished with patio furniture, a built-in braai and a Weber. There is a small garden in front of the unit which overlooks a beautiful beach.
On the upper level there is the main bedroom that has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet with a balcony overlooking the beach, and then there are 2 smaller bedrooms that share a second bathroom with shower and toilet. Each of these bedrooms have 2 single beds but in the larger of the 2 bedrooms, guests have the option to have the two single beds converted to a king size bed. There is a double sleeper couch in the nook of the dining room making it that 8 guests can be comfortably accommodated.

Important Information
- A non-refundable Admin Fee is charged per unit on each and every reservation
- A refundable Breakages Deposit charged and will be refunded into your bank account within 10 days of receiving the breakage deposit form; if there are no losses or breakages.
- Dishes service at an additional charge per day.
- Daily service additionally charged per service.
- Strictly No Rental of accommodation to persons under 21 unless accompanied by two adults.
- No extra guests allowed over and above the number of beds in the apartment. - If extra guests are found in the units, eviction will take place.
- No smoking allowed inside units.
- The volume of music and noise is to be kept to a reasonable level at all times. No parties allowed
- If a disturbance is caused that leads to guests and permanent tenants complaining, the Lessee may be evicted and will forfeit the rental paid.
- Time of arrival strictly 1pm. Time of departure strictly 10am
Cancellation Policy
- Refunds payable are at the sole discretion of the managing agent.
- All returns / refunds will be looked into and the cardholder to make contact with managing agent
- A no show is the non arrival of a guest without notification in writing by fax or email to managing agent
- In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will only be refunded if another reservation is made by other guests for the same period.
