This wonderful and homely guesthouse is a 5 minute walk from Bourke Street and a 5 minute drive from Pretoria City Centre. The 10 casual, individually decorated rooms have cable TV, free WiFi and all rooms come with a standard shower and toilet en suite.
A courtyard teeming with tropical plants, an indoor patio seating is the setting for complimentary continental breakfast. Parking is also available. A lovely veranda composed with outdoor table and chairs where guests can busk in the sun during winter or watch the stars at night and a parking area.

Important Information
- If a guest requires a late arrival time, this must be arranged in advance.
- Guests that wish to bring an extra guest will require the permission of the the managing agent and will be charged tariff.
- When a staying guest intends to extend their stay, we strictly require guest to confirm (Payment) with the management at least 24 hours before the original check out time so as to secure their room.
- In any case if we are not able to honor extension, Guest house will not be liable if there is no option of extension if the room is being booked by another guest.
- Pet friendly please advise the managing agent of the intention to bring pets at the time of booking.
- We ask owners to bring along suitable bedding , Cage etc for their pets.
- Children are strictly to stay away from the swimming pool, they will not be responsible for any damage caused by the swimming pool (charges may apply).
- We reserve the right to refuse pets at anytime.
- They operates a strict no smoking policy. Any guests caught smoking in the guesthouse rooms will be fined and will be asked to leave immediately, smoking in the room is strictly prohibited as all of our rooms are non smoking rooms and we have designated places for smoking in the compound.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are required to be made at least 14 days before the booked date.
- Cancellation less than 14 days forfeit the full amount of deposit paid.
- No shows will forfeit full amount of deposit.
- The managing agent reserves the right not to refund any payment that is been made to us at any point in time.
- The managing agent operates on a strict no refund policy.
