The open apartment can accommodate 3 guests and is equipped with all the essentials needed for a vacation in Cape Town. The main bedroom comprises of a double bed and features views of the mountain. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday. The open plan lounge features a flat screen TV, Fiber uncapped Wifi, Netflix and a sleeper couch that provides comfortable sleeping arrangements for a third guest. The lounge opens onto the Juliette balcony that boasts breathtaking views of Devils Peak.
The Paragon boasts a rooftop pool, undercover deck and communal BBQ area that showcase beautiful views of the city and Signal Hill. There is also a communal gym and spacious club house located inside the building for guests use.
The Paragon is centrally located to a range of cool cafes, laid-back pubs and vintage clothing stores. - Bookings of 8 nights and longer will include a compulsory mid stay clean with fresh linen, this will be an additional charge payable to the property manager.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, 20% of the deposit will be charged.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
