The Beach House, Kalk Bay

Enjoy this sunny modern 4-bedroom beach house with breath taking sea views of False Bay, plus a private garage. It is just a few minutes walk to Kalk Bay, the Harbour restaurants, shops and public transport. Perfect for whale-watching in season, walks on the beach, surfing and swimming at Wooleys Tidal Pool across the road. The Beach House sleeps 8 to 10 guests and is perfect for large groups and families.

The large family style fully equipped kitchen awaits guests with a pantry and separate washing up area. There are two lounges, one on the first level and the other on the second level. Both have access to separate DSTV and DVDs. The dining area features a table seating 10 or more people comfortably.

The main bedroom comprises a queen size bed while the second and third bedrooms both have a double bed as well as a single bed. The fourth bedroom features a double bed as well. There are 3 bathrooms with showers all located on the second level.

There is an outdoor patio with a table, chairs and an umbrella, with a stunning, unobstructed view of the ocean. Garage parking is also available for guests as well as off street parking for additional vehicles.

Please note:
There is another property on the premises. The only interaction guests of The Baytree Beach House will have with the other guests is through the entrance gate, the garage and the laundry room. Otherwise the space will be completely private. The other property can be rented out together with the big house. It sleeps 2 people, with a king size bed and has a large entertainment area and kitchen.
