- No charge for children 5 years old and under sharing with the parents.

- Agents full pre payment to be made 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
Indemnity:
- Guests attend this establishment at their own risk.
- Vehicles are parked in the parking area at own risk.
- The proprietor, its agents and its employees shall not be liable for, and the guests waives and abandons any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage of whatever nature, against the Proprietor, whether arising from the Proprietors default, negligence or otherwise.
- In addition to the aforesaid, guests hereby indemnify the Proprietor against any claims which may arise from whatever nature, whether arising from the proprietors default, negligence or otherwise.
Cancellation Policy
- All bookings are subject to a minimum of 25% cancellation fee.
- Reservations cancelled between 7 to 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the full booking.
- Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of the full booking. This is also applicable to all no shows and premature departures.
- All conditions apply irrespective of whether a deposit has been paid or C/C details provided.
- Non arrivals or arrivals after 6pm on the due date without advice by fax or email to the contrary, the establishment will assume a no show and will re let the room(s).
