- All our rooms are non smoking rooms but there are patio areas outside of each room where smoking is allowed and ashtrays are available .
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations done 30 to 15 days before book in date will result in forfeiting 50% of the deposit.
- Cancellations done 14 days or less before book in date will result in forfeiting 100% of the deposit.

We recieved a great winter discount which enabled us to enjoy our stay even more. Would certainly return again when visiting Cape Town and absolutly love this setting.
Ideal luxury accommodation perfect for a getaway with a larger group. The kids enjoyed the pool table and the spacious villa allowed for all our guests to go about their holiday without bumping heads.
