Summit Place Self Catering is located in the heart of the scenic Constantia Valley Winelands, close to Bergvliet, Tokai, Wynberg, Bishopscourt and Newlands. Located only 20 minutes from the V&A Waterfont and Table Mountain, 15 minutes from Muizenberg beach and 5 minutes or less to the Vineyards.
Summit Place offers five well apointed self catering suites each decorated in their own style. These units all feature fully equipped kitchens including all the amenities one would need for self catering. Linen and towels are provided.
The Garden Cottage can be booked together with the Garden Studio room to accommodate larger groups or families. There is also a communal swimming pool and jumgle gym for guests to enjoy and make use of.

The Garden Cottage can also be booked with the Garden Studio which can be opened up to make one larger combined unit.

Courtyard Cottage

The Courtyard Cottage has a spacious open plan kitchen/lounge and dining area, its own separate private entrance and air conditioner. The separate bedroom has a queen size bed with its own bathroom. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower.
The kitchen is fully fitted including a washing machine. The lounge is roomy, has a four seat table with large couches and a flat screen TV with DSTV. The lounge leads out to the private courtyard. The Courtyard Cottage has enough space for small families and two extra beds comfortably fit into the lounge area. The separate garden is closed off, thus removed from the swimming pool - which is ideal for young children.

Important Information
- These terms and conditions set out the legally binding agreement between Management and guests and guests companions who use the facilities.
- Management, the owner(s) of the property, its employees, servants and agents are not liable to guests, the client, the clients guests or invitees for any loss, damage, injury or death suffered by you or your client/guests/invitees on or about the premises how so ever arising including but not limited to risks of the exposed swimming pool and theft, whether resulting from any act or omission whether negligent or not on the property, the owner(s) of the property, its employees, servants and/or agents.
- You, your clients, guests or invitees irrevocably waive all such claims and further indemnify and hold harmless owner(s) of the property, its employees, servants and/or agents against any claim made against the above by your guests or invitees or any of them.
- The owner(s) of the property, its employees, servants and/or agents are not liable for any injury to or death of anyone that may occur as a result of the use of the swimming pool, main deck and garden deck or any other cause, accidental or otherwise whilst on the property and you indemnify them accordingly.
- Guests will be charged for stain removal & the replacement of linen, the stains of which cannot be removed particularly for self tan, other body creams, makeup, bed wetting and for soiled linen related to drunkenness.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 30 days or more, prior to arrival guests forfeit 25% of booking value.
- Cancellation from 21 to 29 days prior to arrival guests forfeit 60% of the booking value.
- Cancellation from 14 to 21 days prior to arrival guests forfeit 75% of the booking value.
- Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival guests forfeit 100% of the booking value.
- In addition to any cancellation fee that maybe payable above, 13.5% of the total quote price will be charged as an admin fee for processing cancellations.
