Summit Place Guest Lodge is located in the heart of the scenic Constantia Valley Winelands, close to Bergvliet, Tokai, Wynberg, Bishopscourt and Newlands. Located only 20 minutes from the V&A Waterfont and Table Mountain, 15 minutes from Muizenberg beach and 5 minutes or less to the surrounding vineyards.
The Lodge offers 4 rooms each decorated in their own style. There are 2 Pool Side Suites with double beds, 1 Pool Side Master Suite and 1 Garden Studio. These rooms all features tea and coffee facilities as well as bar fridges and linen and towels are provided. The Garden Studio can be booked together with the self catering Garden Cottage to accommodate larger groups or families.
The Summit Place Guest Lodge has the added advantage of offering guests a spectacular view of the Constantia Mountains while you enjoy your breakfast.

The 2 Poolside doubles have double beds. They are bright, spacious and have lovely pool and garden views. The pool can be directly accessed from each room and makes for an ideal spot to relax and swim.
They each have an en suite bathroom, shower only, desk and a chair, flat screen TV, DSTV, bar fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.

Pool Side Master Suite

This large room comprises a king size bed or twin beds on request. It features a working desk, bar fridge and a tea and coffee making station.
The room has a modern bathroom with a separate bath and shower, twin sinks and toilet. This room looks out directly to the pool area with stunning garden views.

Garden Studio

This is an extremely well appointed room, with a king bed or twin beds on request, leading directly onto the garden. It can be booked on its own or it can be booked as an interleading second bedroom with the Garden Cottage to make a very comfortable two bedroom apartment.
The garden studio has its own flat screen TV, DSTV, a coffee/tea station and a Bar fridge.

Important Information
- These terms and conditions set out the legally binding agreement between Management and guests and guests companions who use the facilities.
- Management, the owner(s) of the property, its employees, servants and agents are not liable to guests, the client, the clients guests or invitees for any loss, damage, injury or death suffered by you or your client/guests/invitees on or about the premises how so ever arising including but not limited to risks of the exposed swimming pool and theft, whether resulting from any act or omission whether negligent or not on the property, the owner(s) of the property, its employees, servants and/or agents.
- You, your clients, guests or invitees irrevocably waive all such claims and further indemnify and hold harmless owner(s) of the property, its employees, servants and/or agents against any claim made against the above by your guests or invitees or any of them.
- The owner(s) of the property, its employees, servants and/or agents are not liable for any injury to or death of anyone that may occur as a result of the use of the swimming pool, main deck and garden deck or any other cause, accidental or otherwise whilst on the property and you indemnify them accordingly.
- Guests will be charged for stain removal & the replacement of linen, the stains of which cannot be removed particularly for self tan, other body creams, makeup, bed wetting and for soiled linen related to drunkenness
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 30 days or more, prior to arrival guests forfeit 25% of booking value.
- Cancellation from 21 to 29 days prior to arrival guests forfeit 60% of the booking value.
- Cancellation from 14 to 21 days prior to arrival guests forfeit 75% of the booking value.
- Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival guests forfeit 100% of the booking value.
- In addition to any cancellation fee that maybe payable above, 13.5% of the total quote price will be charged as an admin fee for processing cancellations.
