The home sleeps 12 comfortably. The main house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a king size bed in the main room.

Joined to the main house with separate entrances is a laundry and 2 bedrooms, both en suite. The main bedroom has a king size bed.

The house has a superb elevated sea view from where whales and dolphins are frequently spotted. The house is just 400m from the swimming beach.

The lounge includes a bar with a sea view. High definition full premium bouquet TV with the latest Explorer decoder and 50 inch flat screen makes ideal for watching sport or movies. The lounge blinds are fully automated.

The lounge also includes the latest technology double door LG fridge/freezer with an on tap cold water and automatic ice dispenser as well as a Bauer Fridge in the kitchen.

Security consists of armed reaction by Wolf Security, full sensors inside the house and the latest RX beams outside the house.

A camera system around the house is monitored 24/7 by the security company. A monitor with all cameras in view is also in the main bedroom.

An electric fence surrounds and sets off an alarm linked to the main alarm if breached. The front gate is automated as is the garage door.

The swimming pool is heated by a 5.4KW Firefly heat pump. The heating of the pool is further supplemented by four large Solar panels on the roof which also allow for energy efficient heating of the pool on sunny days.

A temperature control panel on the patio allows the pool temperature to be monitored.

There is free internet available via a wireless router.

House Rates/Availability

Important Information

- R1500 refundable breakage deposit and R150 admin fee is payable to the owner

- Payment of the booking deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

- 50% of the total quote is required for all bookings

- Failure to pay deposit by the stipulated date will result in cancellation of the provisional booking

- Inventories must be checked by the tenant upon arrival and any discrepancies reported within 12 hours of arrival

- If no shortages or damages are reported, the contents of the units will be regarded as correct and the tenants will be held responsible for any shortages or breakages incurred

- On departure tenants are required to leave the unit in a clean and tidy state, if not, a cleaning fee of R200.00 will be charged and deducted from the breakage deposit

- Any damage to the property immoveable or moveable, save for wear and tear, which is not covered by the Key & Breakage deposit will be for the guest account and invoiced to the guest for payment

- A R1000 fine will be imposed per complaint whereby police are called to the house

- Non smoking

- Any furniture damaged with cigarette burns will be charged at full replacement cost

- No pets are allowed unless written approval is given

- Penalty of R1000 per hour for late checkout if not agreed in advance.

Cancellation Policy

- Should guests cancel their booking, the administration fee will be forfeited
- Notice of cancellation must be given 1 month in advance in writing.
- There is a cancellation fee of 20%
- Cancellations less than a month in advance will result in the full amount being forfeited
- If the unit that the guest has booked is suddenly not available due to unforeseen circumstances, alternate accommodation is offered, or refund your payment in full
