Here at Summer dreams, guests are offered stylish holiday accommodation, which is situated at 1298 Linton Road, Ramsgate.
The home sleeps 16 comfortably. The main house sleeps 12 accommodated in 5 bedrooms and a double sleeper couch in the upstairs lounge.
Upstairs is a lounge and kitchen, the master bedroom upstairs is en suite and furnished with a king size XL bed. The downstairs room has a queen size bed, the other beds are single.
The bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans for the warm summer evenings. Downstairs is a second lounge with a full premium bouquet TV.
The cottage sleeps 4 in a queen size bed and 2 singles. The cottage has a shower, toilet and basin
The double storey house has a superb elevated sea view from where whales and dolphins are frequently spotted. The house is modern and has attractive features geared for care-free holiday living.
The upstairs living room has panoramic sea views. High definition full premium bouquet TV with the latest explorer decoder and 50 inch flat screen makes ideal for watching sport or movies.
Security consists of armed reaction by Wolf Security, full sensors inside the house and the latest RX beams outside the house. Burglar Bars are fitted to the windows and the double garage is automated.
The house has two entrances, at the main entrance there is a double automated garage for secure parking and the second entrance at the back of the property allows for ample off road gated parking for guests and a single garage plus a lock up carport.
A second lounge downstairs opens onto a grassed garden for the children to play and large private swimming pool to relax and cool off after a day on the beach. The swimming pool has a safety net to keep your little ones or non swimmers safe.
There is free internet available via a wireless router and broadband 2 Telkom ADSL line. The connection is limited to 10GB of blended data per month so it not meant for excessive downloading.

Important Information
- R1500 refundable breakage deposit and R150 admin fee is payable to the owner
- Payment of the booking deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
- 50% of the total quote is required for all bookings
- Failure to pay deposit by the stipulated date will result in cancellation of the provisional booking
- Only electronic payments or direct bank deposits
- Inventories must be checked by the tenant upon arrival and any discrepancies reported within 12 hours of arrival
- If no shortages or damages are reported, the contents of the units will be regarded as correct and the tenants will be held responsible for any shortages or breakages incurred
- The unit is only inspected after the client has vacated the premises
- On departure tenants are required to leave the unit in a clean and tidy state, if not, a cleaning fee of R200.00 will be charged for properties sleeping 6 or less and R400.00 for properties sleeping 7 or more and deducted from the breakage deposit
- Any damage to the property immoveable or moveable, save for wear and tear, which is not covered by the Key & Breakage deposit will be for the guest account and invoiced to the guest for payment
- A R1000 fine will be imposed per complaint whereby police are called to the house
- Non smoking
- Any furniture damaged with cigarette burns will be charged at full replacement cost
- No pets are allowed unless written approval is given
- Penalty of R1000 per hour for late checkout if not agreed in advance
Cancellation Policy
- Should guests cancel their booking, the administration fee will be forfeited
- Notice of cancellation must be given 1 month in advance in writing.
- There is a cancellation fee of 20%
- Cancellations less than a month in advance will result in the full amount being forfeited
- If the unit that the guest has booked is suddenly not available due to unforeseen circumstances, alternate accommodation is offered, or refund your payment in full
