Situated in Three Anchor Bay this magical Victorian holiday villa has sea and mountain views from the bedrooms, it has been tastefully renovated with a modern ambiance. It is within walking distance of all the coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets and Sea Point beach promenade. Only a 5 minute drive to the famous V&A Waterfront, Aquarium, and tourist hot spots. In the opposite direction another 7 minute drive and you are in the beautiful Camps Bay, with its famous faces taking abode at peak season its a great place to top up your tan and do a spot of "celeb spotting"
 
The main bedroom of the house comes with a daybed and large bay window, it enjoys gorgeous views of the bay. The bedroom faces towards Lions Head and has a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. The second guest bedroom has a queen size bed and faces towards the beachfront and has brilliant views of Cape Town Stadium. Bedroom three has 1 single bed with a pull out single bed alongside and lots of cupboard space.These two bedrooms share a bathroom that has a bath and shower.
 
Just off the lounge area on the ground floor is bedroom four, with a queen size bed and plenty of cupboard space it also has large Victorian windows letting in natural light. The front patio entertainment area has a quant wind free seating area with gas braai and trampoline for the children. The lounge has an inviting original and fully working Victorian fireplace and a contemporary feel throughout. There is a large flat screen HD TV entertainment set and various British and International satellite TV channels.
 
The kitchen is open plan to the dining area finished in cool white tones. Fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is also a downstairs guest loo. Safety is of the upmost with a state of the art alarm system which is fully connected to armed response for peace of mind. The house comes with two secure parking bays, in the gated driveway.
