Springbok Villa is an upmarket, triple volume residence with a magnificent panoramic view, which is situated in a prime position at the top of Green Point. This is regarded as one of the best locations along the Atlantic Seaboard. Green Point lies between Sea Point and the Cape Town CBD.

Due to its central location this villa is ideal for working professionals as well as holiday makers who enjoy the area’s expansive views and ease of access to a host of restaurants, shops and amenities. This vibrant suburb is home to the Cape Town Stadium, the popular Sea Point promenade and newly established Green Point Urban Park.

Springbok Villa features floor to ceiling glass windows boasting 180-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean, and the world heritage site of Robben Island as well as the iconic Cape Town stadium. With a forest and mountain behind it, it is situated less than 3.5kms away from the V&A Waterfront Marina, City nightlife and Atlantic Seaboard shops, beaches and entertainment.

Springbok villa is very spacious, it sleeps up to 10 Guests and is available for both daily and monthly stays. The upper entrance level features a well equipped open plan kitchen with modern appliances including a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, an oven and hob and a microwave, granite tops and a breakfast nook with bar stools. There is a separate open plan dining area with table and chairs and balcony.

The middle level provides the ultimate entertainment area with an indoor bar with bar chairs, a pool table, indoor gas braai and large plasma screen with full DSTV and WiFi. The glass doors open onto a terrace with rim flow pool and outdoor table and chairs. There are four generous bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms throughout the villa. The master bedroom features a king size bed, with ample cupboard space and a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom and corner bath, shower and toilet. Both the master bedroom and an additional guest toilet are situated on this level.

The lower level features three additional bedrooms with queen size beds, all with ample cupboard space and en-suite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is extremely spacious, so 2 additional single beds have been added to create a family suite.

There are stairs connecting each level. All bedrooms and entertainment areas are ocean facing and have doors that open onto terraces, so you can enjoy majestic views and unforgettable sunsets throughout Springbok Villa. There is direct access parking for 2 vehicles and a laundry with a washing machine.

Cancellation Policy

- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
