Savannah Park offers 36 fully self-catered and serviced apartments which are beautifully furnished with self-catered kitchens and appliances. Developed in the heart of Umhlanga Ridge, guests will find this new luxury upmarket accommodation.
Located approximately 1,0km from the Gateway Shopping Theatre, Umhlanga Hospital and Gateway Hospital. King Shaka international Airport is approximately 12 minutes drive.
Savannah Park welcomes guests to luxury self-catering apartments, the very first venture of its type within the Umhlanga Ridge New Town Centre, which consists self-catering apartments, fully equipped with immaculate finishes that promise to make guests feel at home while away on business or pleasure. The apartments are located near Umhlanga Beach and Umdloti Beach, and Ballito being just a few kilometres away.
There are 15 one bedroom and one bathroom apartments, all of which are fully equipped for self-catering. Each apartment comprises 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and 1 bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet.
The lounge, dining and kitchen area is open-plan. The lounge features a flat screen TV and the kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as a fridge-freezer, a stove top and oven, a microwave, a toaster and a wash-dryer.
Each apartment has access to the swimming pool and secured parking inside the complex.

- Rates are quoted per suite, per night in South African Rand and include accommodation only. All rates are quoted inclusive of VAT.
- Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of full payment.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Rates include 1 secure parking bay per suite.
- Strictly No pets allowed.
- Smoking only permitted on balcony. Smoking is NOT permitted in the apartments and will be subject to a fine per occurrence
- Refundable Breakage deposit to be paid Suites are serviced every 3 days
- An extension of stay will be strictly subject to availability at time of request. Guests are advised to notify as possible of any intended extensions periods. The same room may not be available.
- Guests will be liable for any losses, damages and breakages to the apartment and the inventory of furnishings and the cost thereof will be debited from the guests credit card or refundable rental deposit.
- The guest, by signing this booking form, hereby adheres to the rules of Savannah Park Luxury Self- Catering Apartments and we reserve the right of admission in this regard.
- No pets are permitted
- No laundry is permitted on balconies.
- All persons entering the premises do so entirely at own risk.
The owners, its agents, and/or employees is not liable for:
- Any loss or damage to the property or possessions of any guests, resident or visitor , whether such damage was caused by fire, theft or otherwise , or by negligence or wrongful act , or omissions, of the owner, its agents and / or employees.
- The death of and /or any personal injuries were sustained by negligence or wrongful act, or omission, of the owner, its agents and / or employee and /or the defective functioning of apparatus.
- Savannah Park Luxury Self-Catering Apartments shall not be liable for any loss or damage, howsoever occurring, to the parties persons or property, in relation to injuries or loss suffered in these circumstances.
- The parties hereby waive, on their behalf and on the half of their dependents and those whom they legally represent, any claim may arising out of injury, loss or damage occurring to themselves or their property whilst on this property.
- Apartments are not serviced on Sundays and Public Holidays. Savannah Park Luxury Self- Catering Apartments offer a chargeable service for apartment cleaning upon request. Normal service will be done every three days.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit Policy:
- A 100% deposit is required, and will be included in the total amount due when making a reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
- No cancellation, no refunds if less than 14 days prior to arrival.
- Refunds, if agreed, are subject to a 10% administration fee.
- Any cancellations will only be accepted if received in writing.
